Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low impact, full body exercise that uses elements of yoga, stretching, and strength training, which helps gain core strength and teaches proper breath work. Pilates also helps improve posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. Our classes will incorporate energetic playlists with a powerful full body workout! All Pilates classes will use body weight exercises and may incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and the Pilates ball and ring.

Pilates Classic

Pilates Classic is a mat based class designed to strengthen and tone your core, improve flexibility and enhance over all body awareness. This is a full body, multi level class that is for everyone. Each exercise will be taught with multiple versions based on the difficulty level desired. The class is taught without music, focusing on the instructor's cadence of voice. All Pilates classes will use body weight exercises and may incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and the Pilates ball and ring.

Pilates Fusion

Mat Pilates Fusion is for clients looking to get a good sweat in! The class will incorporate a yoga warm up and cool down, body weight and pilates exercises, with bursts of cardio in between. Expect to improve your strength with this low impact workout, while getting your heart rate pumping! All Pilates classes will use body weight exercises and may incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and the Pilates ball and ring.

Pilates: Arms & Abs

Kickstart your week with a dynamic Pilates workout designed to sculpt and strengthen your upper body and core! Pilates: Arms & Abs focuses on toning your shoulders, arms, and back while engaging your core for stability and strength. Using a mix of controlled movements and classic Pilates exercises, this class will help improve posture, build definition, and enhance overall strength. Expect a powerful flow that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on the week!

Pilates: Booty Burn

Get ready to fire up your glutes and sculpt your lower body in this high-energy Pilates class! Designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, and thighs, Pilates: Booty Burn combines controlled movements, resistance training, and dynamic flows to strengthen, lift, and tone your backside. Expect a mix of classic Pilates exercises using weights, bands, Pilates ball, and/or the Pilates Ring, and bodyweight movements to activate every inch of your lower body. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or just feel the burn, this class will leave you feeling strong, sculpted, and empowered.

Pilates: Full Body Fridays

End your week on a high note with this energizing, full-body Pilates workout! Pilates: Full Body Friday is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone from head to toe, combining dynamic movements with core-focused stability work. This class will challenge your arms, legs, glutes, and abs through a mix of mat-based exercises, resistance training, and functional movement patterns. Expect a balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for the weekend.

Warm Pilates

Get ready to sweat in our Warm Pilates class! Pilates is a low impact, full body exercise that uses elements of yoga, stretching, and strength training, which helps gain core strength and teaches proper breath work. Pilates also helps improve posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. Our classes will incorporate energetic playlists with a powerful full body workout!

Classes will be heated to 85 degrees or less, be prepared to sweat! Please make sure to bring water and hydrate the night before coming to class. We also highly recommend using a mat towel to avoid sliding on the mat.

**Expectant mothers should consult with their doctors before attending a warm class.**

Warm Yogilates

Warm Yogilates is the perfect blend of yoga and Pilates, combining the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates. This dynamic fusion helps improve balance, posture, and overall strength while promoting relaxation and focus.

Classes will be heated to 95 degrees or less, be prepared to sweat! Please make sure to bring water and hydrate the night before coming to class. We also highly recommend using a mat towel to avoid sliding on the mat.

Warm Pilates Sculpt

Each Pilates Sculpt class hones in on one section of your body, allowing for a deeper focus and more defined results. With a hype playlist to keep you motivated and energized, this class will have you moving to the beat while feeling stronger and more defined. All levels welcome!

Booty Lift: Get ready to lift, tone, sweat, and sculpt your lower body in this high-energy warm class! Warm Pilates Sculpt: Booty Lift focuses specifically on strengthening your glutes, legs, and core through a series of targeted movements designed to sculpt and shape from every angle. Using a mix of weights, resistance bands, the Pilates ball, and the Pilates ring, you'll feel the burn as we work your glutes, abs, and legs to achieve that lifted, toned look.

Core Power: Target and tone your core and upper body while sweating it out in this intense warm class! Warm Pilates Sculpt: Core Power is designed to build strength, definition, and stability through focused exercises for your abs, arms, shoulders, and back. Using a mix of light weights, resistance bands, the Pilates ring, the Pilates ball, and bodyweight movements, this class will engage your upper body while also challenging your core for improved posture and overall strength.
