At CC Studio, we believe you are a work of art, not something to fix, but something to honor. Each class is designed to help you feel empowered, grounded, and inspired to move with purpose. Meet the team dedicated to helping you feel seen, supported, and celebrated, just as you are.


  • Pilates Instructor

    Jacey is an American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) certified instructor and is a certified Pilates Instructor from the award winning, Mimi Yoga + Pilates Studio in Miami, FL. She discovered her love for fitness while working at Golds Gym as a front desk clerk. She quickly fell in love with the group exercise classes and was inspired to become an instructor herself.

    Jacey specialized at first in indoor cycling because of the low impact workout it provided and became a sought-after instructor at just 18 years old and since then, she has only gained more love for fitness. Pilates is also a passion of hers as she incorporated this exercise into her group cycling classes as well as in her own personal workout routine. 

    Her fitness philosophy is centered around providing positive energy in her classes by incorporating a hype, well curated playlist and form focused cues into her routines.


  • Pilates Instructor

    Maria’s journey with fitness has been a transformative one. Although she's always loved being active, it wasn’t until Pilates came into her life that she truly found her passion. The versatility and challenge of mat fitness captured her heart at a young age, and it has been a constant source of joy ever since.

    After facing health challenges that kept her from working out for a couple of years, she struggled to find a fitness routine that suited her body’s needs. Fortunately, Pilates came back into her life as the perfect low-impact solution. She learned the beauty of rolling out her mat and moving her body in ways that felt empowering and rejuvenating. She believes that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. Her mission is to spread the love of Pilates to her clients, helping them connect with their bodies and embrace self-love, even on tough days. Maria is an American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) certified Pilates instructor and she strives to create a fun and comfortable workout environment where everyone feels welcome and supported.


  • Pilates Instructor

    Kate grew up playing a wide range of sports, so much so her parents eventually had to make her choose just two; tennis and volleyball, which she played travel ball all throughout middle and high school. After graduating college and moving back to Sebring, she then began her Pilates adventure with her mom, both of them learning and enjoying the workout together. She began a deeper dive into Pilates during her pregnancy with her second child and has kept up with it since. During this time she realized she wanted to become a certified instructor and share Pilates with others. Kate hopes in her classes that everyone will take the time to connect and listen to their bodies, and in doing so will come to appreciate and love them.


  • Pilates & Barre Instructor

    Robin received her Pilates comprehensive teacher certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in 2006 and has been teaching Pilates for 18 years.

    Robin has enjoyed fitness and has been active since childhood. She grew up running and playing competitive soccer. After a injury she was looking for a way to keep her body strong and active without putting stress on her knee.

    She was introduced to pilates in 1995 and was immediately hooked. She loved the way in strengthened her body in a way she hasn't experienced before.

    After the birth of her first daughter she attended pilates classes weekly to get back in shape. During that time she gained such an appreciation, respect and passion for the method, she knew she wanted to share it with others.

    Her classes focus on breathing, technique and alignment. She promises a challenging and fun class!

  • Interval Training & Stretch Instructor

    Susan Patterson is a highly trained and experienced fitness instructor in the community and is offering interval training and mobility classes at CC Studio. She is dedicated to helping people find joy in their fitness journeys. She started working at the Highlands County YMCA in 2016 and has since earned a variety of certifications, specifically in Stretch and Flexibility, to better serve her community.

    Susan’s approach to health is centered around the idea of being a Four-Sided Person: Emotional, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual. She believes that being healthy is about finding what works for you and making exercise fun and sustainable.

    Born and raised in Sebring, FL, Susan spent seven special years in South Africa with her family. She’s a mom of two, a grandma of three, and has been married to her best friend Todd for 30 years. Susan loves working with people, bringing a personal touch to every training session. Whether you're just starting out or looking to shake up your routine, Susan is here to help you move, have fun, and find what works for your lifestyle.

  • Pilates Instructor

    Born and raised in Avon Park, she’s always carried a deep love for her hometown. After following in her late dad’s footsteps to FSU, her marketing career took her to Atlanta, Nashville, and Palm Beach—before love and legacy brought her home.

    Now, she and her husband Zach proudly run the family business, Mark Palmer Electric & Air, continuing a tradition built by generations before them.

    Fitness has always been part of Logan’s story, from team sports growing up to long-distance running as an adult. After walking through a difficult season with her mental health in 2021, movement became her medicine. That path led her to Pilates, where she found strength, balance, and a new passion.

    Logan is a certified mat Pilates Instructor from the award winning, Mimi Yoga + Pilates Studio in Miami, FL, and now she’s here to help you move with purpose, reconnect with your body, and feel good, inside and out. Whether you’re just getting started or looking for something new, Logan can’t wait to support your journey!


  • Yoga Instructor

    Leah earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yogi Hari’s Ashram as well as received her Yoga Teacher Training Diploma from the professionally accredited KEW Training Academy, a CTAA Accredited training facility. As a dedicated yoga instructor, Leah combines her passion for movement, mindfulness, and spirituality to create transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. With a gentle yet empowering approach, Leah guides her students through a dynamic blend of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques, encouraging them to explore the depths of their practice with curiosity and compassion. Whether you're seeking to build strength and flexibility, cultivate inner peace and serenity, or deepen your spiritual connection, Leah's offerings provide a welcoming sanctuary for all seekers.

    Drawing from a rich tapestry of yoga traditions, Leah offers a diverse range of classes tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of her students. Step onto the mat with Leah Kittner, and embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration, empowerment, and holistic well-being!


  • Yoga Instructor

    Caitlin is a certified Yoga Instructor, receiving her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the award winning and Yoga Alliance certified, Mimi Yoga School and Studio in Miami, FL.

    Caitlin’s fitness philosophy is to enjoy the movement you are doing and find a sense of accomplishment and self-love in each workout session. She incorporates curated playlists specifically to motivate you in your yoga flow or Pilates class. Whether you are new to moving your body consistently or a seasoned practitioner, Caitlin welcomes and encourages everyone to take time for themselves on their mat!


  • Barre Instructor

    With over 12 years of experience in the barre community, Clara brings both passion and expertise to every class she teaches. After discovering her love for barre as a client, she chose to share that passion with others by becoming a barre instructor for Pure Barre in 2021.

    During her time with Pure Barre, she advanced to Lead Teacher at Pure Barre Sarasota and later became a Master Trainer, mentoring instructors and helping clients build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness journeys.

    As a musician, Clara has a unique appreciation for the power of music and movement. She carefully curates playlists that drive the energy of each workout, creating classes that are both challenging and motivating. Her music-driven approach helps clients push their limits while having fun, making every class an empowering and uplifting experience.


  • Yoga Instructor

    Jen earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from the award-winning, Yoga Alliance certified Mimi Yoga School and Studio in Miami, FL. She leads Hot Power Flow at CC Studio, guiding students through upbeat, energetic yet mindful sequences designed to spark joy, build strength, and connect deeply to their breath.

    Jen fell in love with yoga as a way to balance the fast pace of life, build strength, and cultivate inner calm. Her approach blends dynamic movement with grounding breathwork to help students release stress, build confidence, and feel empowered from the inside out. In her classes, expect to sweat, smile, and surprise yourself as you tap into both your strength and your stillness.

    She believes yoga is for every body—and her goal is for each student to leave class feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply proud of themselves.


  • Pilates Instructor

    Born and raised in Sebring, Brooklyn has always had a love for movement, growing up dancing and staying active her whole life. Fitness has been a core part of who she is, keeping her grounded, strong, and inspired. She believes movement is an act of self-love and a way to connect more deeply with your body. Her approach to fitness is rooted in kindness, intention, and creating a space where everyone feels supported, seen, and empowered, exactly as they are.

    What started as a front desk role at CC Studio quickly became so much more, a space for growth, joy, and connection, and a community that truly feels like family.

    Now, we’re so excited to celebrate her next chapter. Brooklyn is officially a certified Pilates instructor!

  • Emma was born and raised in Highlands County, where her lifelong love for sports and movement first began. With an active background and a passion for wellness, she eventually discovered Pilates—a practice that became a true turning point in her life. For Emma, Pilates has been more than just exercise; it’s been a source of strength, clarity, and empowerment.

    In addition to being deeply involved in her own practice, Emma also manages the studio’s social media, front desk, and day-to-day operations. She takes pride in making sure every person who walks through the door feels seen, welcomed, and inspired. Surrounded by a community that shares her passion for health and fitness, Emma finds purpose in helping others feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Born and raised in Sebring, Florida, with roots stretching all the way to Nestor Falls, Ontario, Canada, Emma’s story is one of movement, kindness, and connection. Since childhood, she’s been drawn to staying active and creative, eventually finding joy and purpose through Pilates.

    As one of the front desk associates, Emma is known for her friendly smile and positive energy. She takes pride in creating a space where every guest feels greeted and appreciated, sharing kindness in every interaction. Through her work and her passions, Emma strives to make the studio a place of comfort and genuine human connection.

  • Born and raised in Sebring, Brooklyn’s always had a love for movement—growing up dancing and staying active her whole life. Finding a Pilates studio in her hometown wasn’t just a job—it became a space of growth, joy, and connection. She’s gained more than just experience; she’s found a extra family.
