Imagine waking to birdsong and soft morning light…
… in an exquisite château in the heart of the Loire Valley, France. Begin your day with an energizing yoga or pilates flow, followed by croissants and coffee savored in the sunroom. Linger by the shimmering pool or wander down a wooded path dappled with sunlight, where the air carries the scent of wild herbs, lavender, and sun-warmed earth.
Afternoons
invite a touch
of adventure…
… meandering through storybook villages, grand châteaux, sunlit painterly gardens, and local wineries that define this enchanting region. Choose to join a painting or cooking class, or simply rest into the slow rhythm of the French countryside.
As evening falls, move through a gentle flow in the garden…
… before gathering for a family-style dinner in the courtyard where conversation, candlelight, and the setting French sun create a moment of pure connection and restoration. A return to yourself, to the quiet work of art you are always becoming — and already are.

GETTING THERE:
Your retreat begins with a journey to the heart of the Loire Valley. While flights are not included, we recommend booking your flight from the U.S. no later than Sunday, July 12, as most overnight flights arrive in France the following day. Please plan to land at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) by 1:00 PM on Monday, July 13, to join the complimentary group transfer to the chateau in Amboise, France.
From Paris, a private transfer will carry you through the gentle, rolling landscapes of the Loire Valley—approximately a three-hour drive—arriving at the chateau in Amboise in time to settle in and unwind before the evening’s welcome gathering.
If you choose to arrive earlier or make your own way to the property, detailed travel information and directions will be provided upon booking.

Your Retreat Hosts
Caitlin and Caroline are the co-founders and owners of CC Studio, a boutique fitness space built around whole-body wellness and intentional living. United by a love of movement and meaningful experiences, the sisters share a passion for travel that inspires and restores.
During a birthday trip last spring, they fell in love with the French countryside—its unhurried rhythm, timeless charm, and breathtaking châteaux and landscapes. Now, they’re returning—and inviting you to share in the peace and beauty they discovered there through mindful movement and the simple pleasures of slowing down. The Art of Living retreat is an invitation to restore, reconnect, and rediscover the beauty of the quiet work of art you are always becoming — and already are.

CC Studio Founder + Director
With a love for travel that led her to live abroad for nearly three years in Lima, Peru, Caitlin finds endless joy in discovering new places, cultures, and people. During her time there, she worked as a travel agent for a luxury boutique agency, curating memorable experiences for others while embarking on her own adventures—often joined by her sister, Caroline. Together, they explored every corner of Peru, from the depths of the Amazon jungle to the breathtaking ruins of Machu Picchu.
Life eventually brought Caitlin back to the U.S., where she spent 11 years in Miami, continuing to travel frequently across Latin America and Europe. She later returned to her hometown of Sebring to open CC Studio alongside her sister, combining her passion for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
As a yoga instructor, Caitlin brings her sense of calm and curiosity to every class, guiding students to find peace and presence both on and off the mat. Her love for travel and wellness naturally merged when a wine-tasting trip through France’s Loire Valley inspired her next great adventure—planning retreats that blend yoga, exploration, and the art of slowing down.
Caitlin is excited to share the beauty of the European countryside, help you restore and rejuvenate on your mat, and perhaps even lead you to a French castle… or two.

CC Studio Co-Founder & Creative Director
Caroline is a professional photographer and Co-Owner of CC Studio, where her work bridges wellness, movement, and meaningful connection. With over a decade of experience capturing weddings, destinations, and lifestyle stories, her imagery reflects a refined eye and a deep sense of curiosity and wonder.
Her love of travel runs deep. From childhood summers on a remote Gulf Coast island accessible only by boat, where her love of shelling first began, to a rustic hunting cabin deep in the wilderness, where nights were spent riding a buggy far from the campfire to a quiet field under a billion shimmering stars. It was there that her sense of wonder for the world—and its quiet magic—first took root.
In college, Caroline spent a summer semester studying in Florence with her best friend—a city that, even after three return trips, remains one of her favorite place on earth.
Today, her journeys are often inspired by a search for breathtaking vistas and shared moments that celebrate the artistry of life itself. One of her favorite feelings is standing in awe of a view that seems to sing with the praise of an imaginative Creator. From landscapes to cultures, communities to cuisines, she finds joy in experiencing the beauty of the world—especially when shared with her favorite people, good food, and her medium format film camera in hand.
Through her lens and experiences she helps shape, Caroline brings a calm, timeless aesthetic to every scene—inviting others to see the world as she does: full of abundant grace, exquisite light, and simple joy.
