France Wellness Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the advance planning, accommodations, reservations, and non-refundable expenses required for the France Wellness Retreat, all retreat payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergencies, work obligations, changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, missed flights, passport or visa issues, or inability to attend.
Payment Plans
For your convenience, CC Studio offers installment payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled automatic payments. Choosing a payment plan does not change this Cancellation and Refund Policy. All payments, including the initial deposit and future installments, are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for the full retreat balance regardless of your ability to attend. Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation of your reservation until the outstanding balance is paid.
Trip Cancellation & Force Majeure
CC Studio is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, interruptions, or cancellation of the retreat caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, airline disruptions, strikes, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
Should such an event occur, CC Studio reserves the right to modify the itinerary, substitute accommodations or activities, postpone the retreat, or cancel the retreat as necessary. Refunds are not guaranteed, as payments may have already been committed to non-refundable third-party vendors.
Travel Insurance
Because all retreat payments are non-refundable, we strongly encourage every participant to purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking. Your policy should include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency medical evacuation, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can help protect your investment if you are unable to attend or if your travel plans are disrupted.
